Black Hawk holds the mineral rights to 1,120 acres in the lithium rich Clayton Valley in Nevada.
The claims are held through the Company's wholly owned Nevada's subsidiary 'Blue Lithium Energy Inc.'.
Black Hawks' properties are located in the Clayton Valley, Nevada. Clayton Valley is home to the only lithium production facility in the United States. The plant has been in production since 1967. The plant is designed to produce 1.2 million kg of lithium per year and has produced an estimated 50 million kg of lithium to date. Black Hawk's property is located in close proximity to this production facility.
The American Institute of Mining estimates the mineral resource of the Clayton Valley to be 750 million kg of lithium. The Clayton Valley lithium brine deposit is found at depths of a few hundred meters and is easily extractable in an environmentally friendly manner.
