Black Hawk Exploration is a US publicly traded mineral exploration and development company with seasoned management and high quality Gold and Lithium projects. Black Hawk Exploration has been involved in mineral exploration since its founding in 2005. The company is currently focused on its 2010 growth model through maximizing the values of its 2009 Lithium and Gold acquisitions and securing additional high value rare earth and mineral properties.
Black Hawk Explorations wholly owned subsidiary Blue Lithium Energy holds mineral rights to 1120 acres in the lithium rich Clayton Valley Nevada, home of the most prolific lithium brine mine in the United States. Additionally, Black Hawk Explorations gold subsidiary Golden Black Hawk has significant holdings in the Dun Glen mining district of Nevada. Dun Glen has a history of over 150 years of successful gold production and continues to be a continuous source of gold production to this day. The Golden Black Hawk properties supported four productive mines but because the miners of old lacked the current technology the Golden Black Hawk acquisition was never fully explored or developed. Third party estimates put the potential gold reserves of the Golden Black Hawk holdings between 500,000 and 2,000,000 ounces of this valuable mineral.
